
Hero Electronix launches Qubo Dashcam 4K at an introductory price of Rs 9,990
Hero Electronix has launched the Qubo Dashcam 4K, adding to its Auto Tech portfolio in India. Earlier, the company launched the Qubo Smart Dashcam and announced its entry into the Auto Tech segment in India. The Qubo Dashcam 4K can record footage in 4K resolution and is also packed with additional safety features. The dash cam has been launched at an introductory price of Rs 9,990. The higher-end model, which also comes with a rear cam, is priced at Rs 12,990.

Qubo Dashcam 4K: Comes with ADAS, 2.8” LCD screen and more

The Qubo Dashcam 4K makes its entry as one of the most feature-packed dash cams on the market. The dash cam comes with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features such as lane departure warning, forward vehicle movement detection and forward vehicle warning. The Sony IMX 415 lens and SIGMASTAR SSC8629G ensure high-quality recordings even in low-light conditions.

In addition, the dash cam also has built-in GPS and is capable of capturing time-lapse videos. “Loop Recording” overwrites old footage to save storage space, and “Emergency Event Recording Lock” automatically saves video in the event of an event. Users can also control the recording time using the ‘Record on Demand’ feature. Parking mode records the surrounding footage while the car is parked. The dash cam also comes with H 265 codec support, which allows seamless transmission of recorded footage without any quality drop. Users can share footage with friends and family using the easy-to-use Qubo Pro app.

The 2.8-inch LCD display on the front camera unit displays live feeds. The dual recording variant also comes with a secondary camera that can record 1080p footage. This unit can be used as a rear or cab cam. Both cameras are WiFi compatible and have LED indicators. The dashcam can withstand temperatures ranging from -5 to 65 degrees Celsius, making it optimal for Indian conditions.
